Teenage mental health can be defined as the amount of mental well-being in adolescents. As the number of teens suffering from mental illness continues to grow due to societal pressures, such as school, the need to spread awareness also grows. The level of well-being of teenage mental health can have an impact emotionally and physically.

Adolescents with teenage mental health issues live at a higher risk to get involved in violence, substance abuse, and other dangerous behaviors. A healthy mind can help teens succeed and live longer, richer lives.
