Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Kaitlin joined the Trails team after spending several years in Boston as a mental health clinician working with adolescents, adults, and families.Her passion is rooted in mindfulness and yoga and she applies these mind-body practices in her clinical working, treating the whole individual through a holistic lens. Kaitlin holds a masters in Clinical Social Work from Boston College and has training in trauma and chronic stress. Her career has taken her to Israel to study under specialists on the front line, treating traumatic stress while in crisis. Kaitlin has a profound and first-hand appreciation for the healing capacity of wilderness therapy. Outside of Trails Kaitlin enjoys yoga, hiking and spending time with her dog named Ranger.
