Amanda has worked in a variety of settings, from community mental health, public and alternative high schools, to therapeutic boarding. These experiences have helped shaped her practice to be one of mind-body connection and experiential work. She believes in meeting clients where they are at, and tailoring an individual experience. Amanda has worked with clients who have Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, executive function difficulties, and sensory integration difficulties. Amanda received her M.A in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University New England and is a Licensed Professional Counselor. In her free time, Amanda likes to practice what she preaches and spends time regulating through the use of nature and physical activity.
